Hi, I’m Walter.
I’m a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Practitioner, yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and retreat facilitator with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Over the years I’ve guided people from many different backgrounds through yoga, mobility, meditation, and breathwork practices designed to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and cultivate greater self-awareness.
I created these free weekly sessions because I believe everyone should have access to powerful tools that support mental, emotional, and physical health.
Whether this is your first breathwork session or your hundredth, my goal is simple:
To create a safe, welcoming space where you can breathe deeply, let go, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Yes. The weekly session is completely free to attend.
Not at all. Beginners are very welcome.
Approximately 60–75 minutes.
A quiet space, comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or bed, a blanket if you’d like, and headphones are recommended.
Breathwork is generally safe for most healthy adults. However, if you are pregnant or have certain medical conditions (such as cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, or severe respiratory conditions), please consult your healthcare provider before participating and let me know beforehand.
This is completely normal. Some people experience deep relaxation, others laughter, tears, or powerful emotions. Everything is welcome, and you are always in control of your experience.
No. You’re welcome to participate with your camera on or off—whatever feels most comfortable.
The sessions are inspired by my training as an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Practitioner and incorporate conscious connected breathing alongside mindfulness and relaxation practices.
As often as you’d like. Many participants return every week because each experience is unique.
